Julie Lee

Julie's practice centers on complex commercial disputes, including litigation involving structured finance transactions, class actions, and competitor conflicts.  Julie has achieved favorable results for clients at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as through mediation, arbitration, regulatory proceedings, and strategic negotiations. 

In addition to her litigation practice, Julie advises renewable energy and infrastructure clients on a variety of issues, including PPAs, development and construction claims, and component supply and performance matters.  Julie also represents audit firms in regulatory proceedings initiated by the SEC and PCAOB, including conducting internal investigations, liaising with regulators, and managing risk and liability in sensitive situations.

Prior to joining Orrick, Julie was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dana M. Sabraw of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
