Rudi Miller is an associate in the General Litigation Group of Orrick's Los Angeles office.
Rudi has experience representing large commercial clients in complex and high-value litigation in federal and state courts across the country. She has advised clients in all stages of litigation from receipt of pre-litigation demands through discovery, expert work, summary judgment, trial preparation, and trial.
Rudi also completed a client secondment at Goldman Sachs in New York in their Litigation and Regulatory Compliance Group.
In her pro bono practice, Rudi has provided services to ICE detainees and low-income veterans.

- Crews v. Rivian Automotive Inc.: Currently representing a syndicate of 22 underwriters in a post-IPO securities class action in C.D. Cal.
- Lynx Whole Loan Acquisition LLC v. Nationstar Mortgage LLC: Represented Nationstar, the nation's largest mortgage servicer, in a breach of contract claim in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
- Kytch v. McDonald's: Represented McDonald's in a false advertising and business torts litigation in N.D. Cal.
- In re Chinese Drywall: Secured dismissal of product liability suit against Chinese drywall company in S.D. Fl.
- Johnson & Johnson Litigation: Represented J&J in nationwide talc-related litigation.
- Defending underwriters of residential mortgage-backed securities against breach of contract and securities fraud actions brought by institutional investors and securitization trustees in federal and state courts across the United States.
