She was previously seconded to the UK Serious Fraud Office.

“Kelly’s privacy and enforcement background will be a tremendous asset as we counsel clients in the UK, Europe and globally on navigating this landscape,” said Shannon Yavorsky, head of our cyber, privacy & data innovation practice. “We are thrilled to welcome another rising star woman to our team.”

“I am incredibly excited to join Orrick’s growing and dynamic London office.  The firm’s global tech focus, its trial platform and the opportunity to join one of the premier global Cyber & Privacy platforms presents an incredible opportunity to take my career to the next level,” Kelly said.

Mark Beeley, head of Orrick’s London office, added: “After an extraordinary 2021, it’s exciting to continue our sector-focused growth strategy. Kelly is the kind of rising star who thrives on our platform and her privacy expertise and enforcement background make her an incredibly strong fit across our tech, energy and finance offerings.”
