She has deep experience in the mobility technologies space, from clean fuel technologies to connected vehicles, and has worked extensively with Toyota on IP and technology transactions matters. Colleen also has extensive experience in semiconductor design and fabrication, satellites and space technologies, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals.
Colleen supports companies at all stages, from startups to global leaders, on technology license and development agreements, strategic alliances, data and cloud computing arrangements, and other technology- and IP-driven agreements. In addition, she provides due diligence counseling on IP and technology assets in corporate mergers, acquisitions and IPOs.
“Orrick is a leading Technology & Innovation firm, with a global platform, a collaborative, client-focused culture, and a roster of innovative clients.
