Orrick assisted HAT SGR SpA, as manager of Fondo Sistema Infrastrutture, in the sale of the fund’s investments in Anapo Gas Srl and EbGas Srl to Mediterranea Energia, a consortium company part of the ConsCoop Group. The exit from these investments, equal to approximately 49% of the share capital of each of these companies, generated total proceeds for HAT SGR of approximately €15 million.
