Orrick Advises Seller in Sale of Stake in Bio Collectors Holdings to JLEN


Orrick has advised the private seller in the sale of its 70% stake in Bio Collectors Holdings Limited (BCH) to environmental infrastructure funding company John Laing Environmental Assets Group (UK) Limited (JLEN). Through its subsidiary companies, BCH holds the rights and operational assets that make up its anaerobic digestion plant and its waste collection business. The remaining 30% of BCH will be retained by the existing owner, who will remain active in the business. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
