Orrick has advised Turn/River Capital, a technology-focused growth equity firm, on its investment in IT automation software provider Advanced Systems Concepts (ASCI). The investment will be used to accelerate product development and market expansion for ASCI’s ActiveBatch, which enables organizations to develop, integrate and manage end-to-end IT and business processes.
The Orrick team was led by Matthew Gemello and Daniel Lopez, included Max Hyatt, Steven Malvey, Kimberly Loocke, Ramon Galvan, Zachary Finley, Daniel Yost, Janice Dow, Matthew Coleman, Jason Flaherty and Keith Tidwell.
