Orrick is honored to receive the 2017 Pro Bono Publico Award from the American Bar Association – an award that focuses on service to the poor, more than 80% of whom lack access to a lawyer in U.S. civil cases.

We have a duty to contribute to solving that problem and are honored to work with so many committed community partners. The award was given at the ABA Pro Bono Publico Luncheon on August 12, where this video was shown about Orrick’s pro bono impact, including our work with the Homeless Advocacy Project of the Justice & Diversity Center, the Center for Reproductive Rights, Legal Momentum, Accion and GirlTrek, among others.
