Our Geneva lawyers have achieved victories in all the major arbitration fora, including the International Chamber of Commerce and the Swiss Chamber of Commerce, and under all the major governing rules. We also help clients negotiate dispute resolution clauses and enforce arbitral awards. In addition to our arbitration and dispute resolution work, we advise on Swiss law, and we have successfully resolved cases before the Swiss Supreme Court.
Our Office and Our Community
One initiative we’re excited about in Geneva is a community dialogue among women in dispute resolution. For example, we recently sponsored a reception and panel discussion on issues facing women practicing in various areas of international arbitration, including as counsel in international law firms, as arbitrators and in academia. Our Geneva lawyers are also active in pro bono legal services, including advising a charitable organization that provides micro-finance loans to small-business owners in India.
