Krishna's practice focuses on high-stakes complex commercial, IP, and antitrust disputes in the tech, internet, healthcare, aerospace, and cannabis sectors. She has litigated multi-billion dollar disputes on behalf of F500, foreign, and start-up companies and certified classes on both sides of the "v", taking the lead on strategy and action every step of the way.

Krishna proudly maintains a robust pro bono practice. She has represented indigent and illegally deported individuals. She has co-authored a Tenth Circuit amicus brief on LGBTQ antidiscrimination protections, and a Fourth Circuit amicus brief on impact litigation on behalf of foster children.
