Leopoldo is a lawyer in Banking and Finance Department.
Leopoldo has a specific experience in banking transactions. He advises leading Italian and foreign banks, borrowers and funds on domestic and cross-border transactions, in particular on acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate finance and project finance, also in the context of private placement transactions.
Leopoldo has authored several publications in the fields of corporate law and banking law. He is currently a Ph.D Student in Law and Economics of the digital society: Artificial intelligence, governance and new technologies.
Before joining Orrick, Leopoldo has been a intern in the Milan office of a major English law firm and a legal intern in a leading Italian bank.
