Roberto Trionte è Managing Associate del dipartimento Banking & Finance di Orrick, ed è basato a Milano.
Roberto ha maturato una significativa esperienza nell’assistere clienti in operazioni di finanza, finanza strutturata e debt capital markets.Roberto has developed his knowledge and skills in advising arrangers, underwriters, originators and representatives of the noteholders in connection with securitisations of a wide variety of assets, including non-performing loans (both NPLs and UTPs, also with ReoCo structure, and GACS scheme), trade receivables, loans granted to SMEs, energy efficiency receivables, tax receivables, securitisations of real estate assets, ESG securitisations and synthetic securitisations.
Roberto assists companies (or relevant arrangers) in relation to the issuance of commercial paper (cambiali finanziarie) and corporate bonds (including so-called mini-bonds) and their admission to trading on regulated and non-regulated markets.
Roberto also assists banks and companies in relation to the establishment and update of debt issuance programmes and stand-alone issuances of a wide range of securities.
Roberto has extensive experience in the regulatory aspects related to all the aspects mentioned above.
