Elizabeth is an Associate in the Technology Companies Group and supports Orrick's Impact Finance and Investment Practice.

Elizabeth’s practice focuses on impact-oriented matters, and she regularly advises entrepreneurs, fund sponsors, family offices, and tax-exempt organizations across a wide range of transactions and counsels high-growth enterprises regarding formation, equity financings, and day-to-day corporate governance matters.

Orrick’s Impact Finance and Investment practice serves a global client base across a range of sectors, leveraging Orrick’s unique capabilities to provide innovative, effective, and thoughtful legal services to clients aiming to create positive social and environmental change alongside targeted financial returns.

  • Prior to joining Orrick, Elizabeth assisted international organizations to facilitate cross-border investment and further each organization’s respective mission to create positive social impact through the International Transactions Clinic at NYU School of Law. Elizabeth was a summer associate in Orrick’s New York office in 2018 and is a co-leader of the Orrick Latinx Attorney’s group.
