Washington, D.C.Sue’s practice focuses on environmental law as it applies to the financing, construction and operation of power generation, infrastructure projects, and the purchase and sale of commercial enterprises.
Sue advises clients with respect to environmental and permitting matters in the context of domestic and international transactions. She is skilled in identifying environmental risk and negotiating the allocation of such risk in a variety of transactional contexts, including financing agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and leases.
Her experience spans a variety of industries, including LNG, oil and gas, mining, wind, solar, biomass, hydro, geothermal, waste-to-energy, and fossil fuel-fired power generation. Sue also has experience with environmental compliance counseling and litigation, including toxic tort claims.
