    • An energy-focused private equity firm in the formation of a joint venture to invest in oil and gas interests in the San Juan basin and other producing areas in the United States, with aggregate commitments to fund up to $150 million.
    • An energy-focused private equity firm in the acquisition of two natural gas-fired simple-cycle power plants in Illinois – one 933 MW and one 448 MW – from a major energy company.
