Stefan Schultes-Schnitzlein is a German lawyer and tax advisor who primarily advises companies and their shareholders, private equity and venture capital funds, and family offices on transaction-related issues in tax law and accounting..

His focus is on corporate transactions and their financing, financial restructurings, as well as tax audits and tax litigation.
