Sky Stallbaumer is an associate in the New York office and a member of Orrick’s M&A and Private Equity Group.

Sky's practice focuses on general corporate representation, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, both buy side and sell side.

  • Prior to joining Orrick, Sky spent time working for the federal government, in international development, and in non-governmental organizations.
