Christine’s work is focused on Banking and Finance. She advises on complex national and international financings in private equity transactions and in particular on acquisition financings and re-financings. Christine has also advised on a considerable number of financial restructurings.

Her clients mainly include large private equity firms as well as their portfolio companies from various industries.

Christine is being recognized for her banking & finance work by national and international publications such as leading German business daily Handelsblatt or IFLR1000.

Christine studied law in Heidelberg, Passau and Mannheim and obtained her Master‘s Degree (LL.M.) at the University of Waikato/New Zealand.

    • An international sponsor in the refinancing transactions of its various portfolio companies**;
    • Advising the US-borrower and its German subsidiary on the amendment and accession to a NY-law-governed loan agreement;
    • Advising the sponsor on the acquisition financing of leading German medical supply companies;
    • Advising as part of a multi-jurisdictional (incl. US and UK) cross-border team on the German aspects of a €850 million senior secured facilities agreement on behalf of the sponsor;
    • Advising the sponsor on the financing agreement in connection with the acquisition of one of the leading full-service providers of facility management and technical building services in the southern German market;
