Dan is an associate in Orrick's Restructuring Group.
Dan represents secured and unsecured lenders, court-appointed claimant representatives, and creditors' committees. In addition to out-of-court restructurings, Dan has litigation experience in the context of contested matters, adversary proceedings and circuit court appeals. He has also advised creditors in rehabilitation proceedings.
