Andrew is an Associate in the New York office and a member of Orrick’s Financial & Securities Litigation practice.
He represents public companies and their directors in complex securities litigation, shareholder derivative suits, books-and-records demands, and internal investigations. His practice covers a broad range of sectors, from financial services and life sciences to green energy and software technology. Committed to pro bono work, he also represented incarcerated persons in precedent-shaping civil liberties disputes.
