Solve Intelligence has raised $40 million in Series B funding, positioning the company to further advance its AI-powered platform for the patent industry.
The round was co-led by Visionaries and existing investor 20VC.
Orrick advised Solve Intelligence on the transaction and previously represented the company in its Series A financing in April 2025.
Solve Intelligence provides an AI platform serving the $200+ billion patent industry, enabling inventors, in-house legal teams and law firms to collaborate across every part of the patent process.
This funding will accelerate the company’s growth and product development including the launch of its new “Charts” product, designed for patent litigation, SEP claim charts, infringement mappings, freedom-to-operate and portfolio analysis.
Orrick’s team was led by Josh Pollick. The team also included Jason Wu, Natalie Kerr and Anthony Battey.
