Orrick Adds Restructuring Partner in New York

  • Robert, who joins from Linklaters, focuses on representing lenders in distressed and special situations.
  • He is the second partner to join Orrick’s Restructuring team this month, following the arrival of Aurélien Loric in Paris.

Robert focuses on the representation of lenders in the restructuring of borrowers in a wide range of businesses and industries. He also represents lenders making asset-based and other direct loans to borrowers in financial distress and other special situations.

Rosen, head of Orrick’s Private Credit practice.
