Orrick Adds Private Equity and M&A Tax Partner in the Bay Area

• SeoJung Park joins the firm as a tax partner focused on private equity, M&A and venture financing in the tech and life sciences sectors.
• She is the 13th lateral partner addition to the firm’s transactional practices this year and the 6th partner addition to Orrick’s tax practice since 2021.
• SeoJung joins Orrick from DLA Piper, where she was a partner, and previously practiced with Simpson Thacher in New York and London.
