Congratulations to our partner Josh Pollick on his recognition as a Law360 Rising Star. He is one of only five attorneys selected in the fintech category. The award recognizes Josh as a lawyer “under 40 whose accomplishments transcend” his age.
In its profile article of Josh, Law360 highlights his work assisting banking and personal finance app Dave on its $4 billion go-public transaction with a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Victory Park Capital, as well as helping eight companies reach unicorn status, a valuation of more than $1 billion.
In an interview with the publication, Josh noted that he’s particularly motivated to work with companies early on. He explained that “To me, what's so exciting about the startup practice is having exposure to these incredibly talented, smart and bold founders, interacting with them in a meaningful way from the outset of the company and helping them establish the foundation of the company in the right way.”
