Orrick Represents Ondo Finance in $20 Million Series A Financing

Orrick advised Ondo Finance, developers of a blockchain protocol that enables users to create financial products from decentralized finance building blocks, in its $20 million Series A financing. The funding round was co-led by Pantera and Founders Fund and included investments from a Digital Currency Exchange (U.S.), GoldenTree and Wintermute, among others.

The Orrick Technology Companies Group team included partner Joseph Perkins, blockchain/crypto counsel Mark Janoff and associate John Calia.
