London capital markets partner Ed Lukins advised on two initial public offerings on the London Stock Exchange over the past week.
On January 10, he counseled mineral exploration company Panther Metals (LON:PALM) on its listing of 48,729,968 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market. The company was previously listed on the NEX Exchange Growth Market. In parallel with its LSE listing, Panther Metals also undertook a placement of up to 13,716,666 new shares.
On January 16, Ed advised exploration, development and mining company Cobra Resources (LON: COBR) on its reverse takeover of Australian mineral exploration firm Lady Alice Mines Pty Ltd and its re-admission of 153,749,138 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.
