Orrick Advises on Refinancing of Curbans Photovoltaic Plant

Orrick advised Engie, Mirova (sponsors), Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC (arranger, lender, agent, and account bank), Bpifrance Financement (lender), and Natixis (hedging bank) on the refinancing of the existing indebtedness of the Curbans photovoltaic plant and its equity reorganization.

Located in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, this photovoltaic power plant is one of the first Engie photovoltaic plants. With an installed capacity of 24.45 MWp, it produces 33 million KWh each year, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 10,000 households.
