We are pleased to invite you to a hybrid event focusing on the most recent updates on U.S. regulations of digital assets including the following topics and followed by a discussion regarding the implication of such updates from a variety of perspectives.

U.S. Regulatory Updates:

• SEC enforcement actions
• SEC Crypto Task Force update
• Proposed Legislation on Stable Coins and Digital Asset Framework
• Changes at the CFTC and comments relating to digital asset regulation

Joseph Perkins, a partner in Orrick’s Silicon Valley office and with experience advising technology companies with a focus on web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency and NFT companies, will present and discuss in-person from the Tokyo office together with other players in the space (TBC). Hiroki Sugita, partner in Orrick’s Tokyo office, will also be present to offer additional insight from a Japanese legal perspective.
