Naomi Mower, managing associate in Orrick's Supreme Court and Appellate and Litigation Groups, was recently a panelist at an event hosted by the Center on Latino and Latina Rights and Equality (CLORE) at CUNY School of Law, the Hispanic National Bar Association, and Orrick. The panelists discussed key cases of interest in the 2015-2016 US Supreme Court term, and previewed select 2016-2017 term cases. Naomi focused on cases addressing issues of equality, diversity, and reproductive rights, including Fisher v. University of Texas, Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt, Lee v. Tam, Pena-Rodriguez v. Colorado, and Buck v. Davis.
