Andrea advises national and international clients on M&A as well as Private Equity transactions and group reorganizations. She has a particular experience in the life sciences and healthcare sector.

Andrea has a particular focus on domestic and cross-boarder Private Equity and M&A transactions. She regularly advises German and international clients on corporate restructuring projects and on all aspects of corporate law. As she has profound experience in the life sciences and healthcare sector, Andrea also advises on particular sector related issues.

Prior to joining Orrick in December 2016, Andrea was Associate at the Munich office of Clifford Chance since 2014. 

  • Andrea's recent experience includes advising:

    • the U.S. software provider Aptean on the acquisition of agiles, a leader of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to the fresh food wholesale and trade industry;
    • a HANNOVER FINANZ portfolio company on the sale of parts of its shares in the work platform panufacturer TEUPEN Maschinenbau GmbH to the Chinese company Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co, Ltd.;
    • the shareholders of ProLeiT AG on the sale of the company to France’s Schneider Electric SE;
    • the shareholders of FAST LTA AG on the sale of all shares to Afinum;
    • the entrepreneur-centric European growth capital platform VT Partners on Series A investment in Healthcare X.O;
    • Gimv on the acquisition of leading Medical Supply Companies (Medi Markt Group) in Germany;
    • creditshelf on the IPO in Prime Standard of Frankfurt Stock Exchange;
    • VR Equitypartner on the acquisition of majority share in APZ Auto-Pflege-Zentrum GmbH;
    • Gimv on the acquisition of majority stake in leading European Photonics Solutions Provider Laser 2000;
