A former clerk on the Second Circuit and Southern District of New York, Ned Hirschfeld specializes in high-stakes litigation and appeals.

Ned is a member of the firm’s Litigation group and Supreme Court and Appellate practice.  He represents clients in a variety of subject areas, including constitutional law, intellectual property, immigration, and federal jurisdiction.

Prior to joining Orrick, Ned served as a law clerk to Judge Robert Sack of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Kimba Wood of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.  During law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the Yale Law Journal and participated in the Yale Landlord-Tenant Clinic.
