Driven and always prepared, Annie thrives on new challenges and brings an eye for precision and efficiency to her work. Combined with her passion for overcoming obstacles, Annie is able to efficiently drill down the details of each case and craft effective legal strategies.
As a litigator, Annie helps employers navigate single plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class action lawsuits under state and federal laws. She continuously hones her trial-ready mindset by amassing as many hours of first-hand experience in the courtroom as she can. In just one example, Annie played a role in securing a complete defense verdict for a Fortune 500 employer in a religious discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination case. As the only associate on the trial team, Annie assisted with witness preparation, argued four of the pre-trial discovery motions and a motion in limine. She embraces the importance of maintaining a strong attorney-client relationship throughout all stages of the litigation process.
Annie is active in Orrick’s Women in Employment Law (WE) Initiative, where she serves on the planning committee and spearheads networking events to foster connections between female leaders in in the human resources, employment and legal professions.
