Daniel Lopez is a senior associate in the San Francisco office and a member of the Corporate Business Unit and Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Group.

Daniel advises public and private companies, financial advisors and private investment funds in a wide array of strategic transactions, including debt and equity investments, acquisitions and dispositions. He also counsels boards, investors and other key stakeholders on fiduciary duty, securities law and corporate governance matters.
