David's work focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law. He has assisted clients in Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs issues, including compensation policies and practices. He also has experience with wage-and-hour issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act, including collective actions. David has assisted clients in workforce planning, including RIF strategy and compliance with WARN and the OWBPA. He also has experience with actions brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, state law employment claims and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
