Shanghai – In light of the increasing volume of China’s outbound and cross-border M&A, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe hosted a seminar in Shanghai on 20 January 2016 covering hot topics of Chinese cross-border M&A and related intellectual property (IP) issues. The event was followed by interviews with top-tier media including Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters.
