Litigation Before the United States Tax Court - Part II

This year marks the 5th anniversary of the Tax Court Calendar Call Pro Bono Program, where volunteer tax practitioners provide free legal assistance to petitioners who cannot afford to pay for representation.

Orrick partner Peter Connors and senior associate Stephen Lessard were panelists along with New York County Lawyers’ Association (NYCLA) and Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) volunteers that discussed:

The event was August 20, 2015 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm EDT and free to attend. Orrick hosted the event at 51 West 52nd Street, New York, NY.

Attendees were encouraged to volunteer to represent a pro bono taxpayer in connection with NYCLA's U.S. Tax Court Calendar Call Pro Bono Program.
