Graduate Recruitment

“Making things possible” means having the ability to develop your personal and professional skills to the fullest by working on exciting and skill-enhancing projects. We intend to help you do that.

We encourage trainees (stagiaires) to participate actively in the work of our teams. From your first day, you will be provided the best possible mentor – a lawyer with three to five years of legal experience – who will guide you throughout the duration of your internship. You will be encouraged to explore different aspects of the legal profession while receiving the support and resources you need in order to excel. You will also have the opportunity to participate regularly in training courses and conferences.

Our goal is to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed, so that you become a valuable resource to our team and help us meet the needs and objectives of our clients.

To be considered for our three-to-six-month internships offered throughout the year, applicants should have at least a master’s degree in law (M1/M2) and/or a business school diploma. Applicants should also have strong knowledge of the practice area they are applying for and strong knowledge of the English language (written and oral).

  2. Your application will be submitted to our lawyer recruitment team and you will be contacted for an interview if your application and background meet our criteria. During your interview, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with our lawyers and ask any questions you may have.
  3. If we are able to extend you an offer, you will receive an offer letter that includes the terms of your internship. Those terms will include details regarding your “stage,” such as internship duration and salary information.

Each year we invite 50 students to join us for a special recruitment event in our office.
