China Law Graduates

Each year, we recruit a limited number of outstanding fresh law graduates who are looking for a long-term career in China.

Lawyers in our Beijing office work with our global team to provide a wide range of services to our clients. All of our junior lawyers will have the opportunity to work with lawyers from each of our Asia offices and may have secondment opportunities during their training.

  • Beijing. Students studying for a law degree in mainland China who have or will have a PRC bar qualification should apply for our PRC internships in order to be considered for permanent positions as consultants.

Students who are completing postgraduate law programs (e.g., LL.M, M.Jur, J.D.) should consider which track is appropriate according to the jurisdiction of their professional qualification.

Our China office does not have openings for entry-level lawyers without substantive full-time relevant experience.

Law Students from Other Jurisdictions

Students pursuing routes to qualification as a lawyer in other jurisdictions should apply directly to our office in their home jurisdiction for graduate positions.

Entry-level U.S.-qualified lawyers should apply to our U.S. offices directly for first-year associate positions.

PRC Consultant Positions

For graduate law students with a Chinese law qualification who do not have substantive full-time legal experience, we invite you to apply for our internship program.

Following the successful completion of our internship program, we may make an offer of a permanent position for you to join us as a consultant.
