A Vesting Schedule is the schedule set forth in connection with an equity grant to a service provider setting forth the timing in which the equity grant will vest. A vesting schedule typically sets forth the date that the vesting commencement date, the length of the cliff period (e.g. the first tranche of equity won't vest until x months from the vesting commencement date), the tranches in which the remaining shares will vest (e.g. monthly vesting) and whether the equity is subject to vesting acceleration.
