Alessandro Vittoria

After many years as a conventional corporate M&A and private equity lawyer, I encountered a chance to embark on a fresh professional journey in venture capital and technology companies. I discovered a vibrant and thrilling world full of people with lots of enthusiasm looking for guidance in navigating the legal complexities of doing business from a start-up. By combining my extensive experience in M&A and private equity with my passion for continuous learning, I have acquired an extensive expertise in financing techniques in venture capital. I regularly assist tech companies at any stage of development and investors in investment transactions, bridge investment rounds, exits and corporate reorganizations, as well as advising companies on corporate governance issues and on the day-to-day management of their businesses.

Clients I've worked with: Shopfully | Healthware Group | Panakes | Fondo italiano d'Investimento "Fitech" | Coatue
