Diana's clients come from a wide variety of industries including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, agrosciences, clean energy, software, computer hardware, retail services, food and beverage products, and Internet services. She has experience representing clients in take-down campaigns that involve strategically locating trademark infringements online and developing a strategy effectively to enforce our client’s rights, including Zestcash, Soylent, Western Digital, DJI, and others. Whether arguing in court or counseling an emerging technology client on intellectual property issues, Diana brings dedication, problem solving and creativity to her practice.
Diana has had the privilege of serving the City and County of San Francisco as an Assistant District Attorney in 2011. In this capacity, she has substantial first chair trial experience and motion practice experience.
Diana is a member of the International Trademark Association, and is also a member of ChIPs: Advancing Women in IP and the Harvard Club of San Francisco.
She began her career at the firm as a summer associate in
2003. Before joining the firm, Diana worked for the Legal Aid of
Cambodia in the summer of 2002.
