Rebecca focuses on mergers and acquisitions, gas and LNG sales arrangements and project development activities.

Rebecca has significant experience of acting for a broad range of clients including IOCs, financial institutions and project companies on a variety of domestic and international upstream and midstream oil and gas transactions. Recently, she has been advising clients with interests in Africa, South America, Central Asia and the UKCS.

    • Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners on the sale of 100% of its 49% interest in a joint venture with Falck Renewables S.p.A. comprising an operational onshore wind portfolio in Scotland and Wales to Infrastructure Investment Fund, an infrastructure fund advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
    • Tullow Oil on its offshore gas sales programmes in the Republic of Ghana.
    • Maersk Oil on West African project developments.
    • Zarubezhneft in connection with the acquisition of a stake in the Kharyaga Production Sharing Agreement and the transfer of operatorship from Total.
