We’re #15 on Fortune’s Best Place To Work List

For the fourth year in a row, Fortune selected Orrick among the 100 best workplace cultures for the very best talent. Orrick ranks in the top 15 and is the highest-ranked law firm of only four firms on the 2019 list.

We offered agile working options, enabling our team members to customize the way they work, and gave our associates credit for time spent on innovation projects of their choice. Together, we expressed our commitment to the community, with 99% of our lawyers participating meaningfully in pro bono and 30+ Orrick Cares community initiatives around the world. And we launched a mindfulness and stress management program called “The Whole You,” which team members have touted as “the single most useful piece of training they’ve gotten,” and Fortune describes as “how Orrick helps everyone just chill out.”
