We advised Société Générale Insurance in its acquisition of InfraVia Capital’s stake in Régaz – Bordeaux, France’s leading independent gas distributor.
Régaz operates a 3,315-kilometer regulated gas distribution network in Bordeaux and 45 surrounding municipalities, with 210,000 distribution points.
The transaction is part of Société Générale Insurance’s investment policy to promote local economic development and infrastructure development across Europe.
