Orrick has advised Prose, a New York-based technology-powered beauty company, on its $18 million Series B financing round. Led by Insight Venture Partners, existing investors Forerunner Ventures, ISAI, Lerer Hippeau Ventures and Correlation Ventures also participated.
Prose has raised $25 million to date. The company plans to use the capital to invest in an in-house data science team and grow its research and development team.
The Orrick team was led by Pete Fusco and included Andrew Rembis, Maria Bergenhem and Sean Carfi.
