The French financial and legal magazine Magazine des Affaires dedicated an article in its latest edition to Yves Lepage, Head of Orrick’s Global Energy & Infrastructure Group in Paris. Titled “Intercontinental,” the article follows Yves’ career from his first experience in New York and South America with the privatization of Cancun airport, the IPOs of Chilean companies and bond issues in Costa Rica to the development of Europe’s brownfield infrastructure market and some of the biggest energy and infrastructure projects in Africa. The article highlights Yves’ pioneering role in the development of Orrick’s global Energy and Infrastructure practice and praises his negotiation skills in regulatory, corporate and finance related matters in particular those involving cross-border transactions.
