TIAA presented Orrick with its 2017 Diversity & Inclusion Award at a reception held on November 28, 2017. Orrick was recognized among TIAA’s top performing law firms for championing diversity and inclusion strategies with excellence. TIAA redesigned its Diversity & Inclusion scorecard in 2017 to collect objective quantitative and qualitative data aligned with the American Bar Association’s Model Diversity Survey.
Orrick’s commitment to diversity and inclusion has led to our being named one of the top ten best firms for diversity by The American Lawyer, Vault and Yale Law Women. Last month, the firm earned a perfect score in the 2018 edition of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and Best Places to Work survey for the 12th year in a row.
