Orrick Summer Associates Vote Us #1 in 5 Markets

Orrick’s summer associate programs are ranked #1 in five markets across the U.S. in The American Lawyer’s 2017 Summer Associates Survey. The firm was top-rated in New York for the third consecutive year; in San Francisco and Washington, D.C. for the second consecutive year; and in Houston and Los Angeles for the first time.

The American Lawyer surveyed roughly 3,900 rising second- and third-year law school students who participated in 10-week summer programs at law firms this summer. Firms are rated on a 1-to-5 scale in nine areas, including the quality of work, training and guidance, and interactions with partners and associates, among other factors.

Earlier this year, Orrick was ranked #5 nationwide and in five additional markets in The American Lawyer’s 2017 Midlevel Associate Survey. In addition, Orrick associates voted us a top 5 Best Law Firm to Work For and a top 5 Summer Program in the Vault 2018 Law Firm Associate Survey.
