Deutsch: Orrick berät die Coeclerici Gruppe bei dem Verkauf der DAKO Coal GmbH
A Düsseldorf-based Orrick team advised the Coeclerici Group on its divestment of DAKO Coal GmbH. In a management buyout, DAKO Coal was sold to its current management, which will continue to develop the company independently.
The Coeclerici Group is an international leader in turnkey solutions for coal supply all over the globe, creating value by controlling the entire procurement cycle, from mining to shipping and logistics.
DAKO Coal specializes in supplying pulverized petroleumcoke to the German chalk, glass, ceramic and cement industries as a substitute product for crude oil and/or gas.
The Orrick team was led by Düsseldorf-based M&A and Private Equity partner Sven Greulich and included counsel Nikita Tkatchenko and associate Julia Schmitz.
