PitchBook ranks Orrick #1 in European venture capital for the first quarter of 2017. This is the fifth quarter in a row that Orrick has been ranked #1 in VC in Europe. For private equity, Orrick tied for #2 in Europe.
Orrick counsels more than 1,600 high growth companies and 100 VC firms. In 2016, Orrick completed over 330 transactions across 35 countries valued at $5 billion in VC financings. Over the past three years, the firm has completed more than 900 VC transactions totaling more than $14 billion.
